Ps6 generation will likely be 8k60 possibly even 8k120 and by that time 8k TVs and content will become more widespread, also microLEDs will enter the market and shake s*** up. Next generation will probably be the last with flat displays. I think VR and AR will have matured into near photorealism and immersive haptics by the time there would be a “PS7” which would be mid to late 2030s. PSVR4 may be their flagship gaming console in that era
