PS5 pro already finna hit 8k on some games according to Cerny, wouldn’t be surprised if PS6 at least made 8k60 achievable

8k will be the new standard just watch. It’s only 2024 yall gotta stop being prisoners of the moment. Compare tech from 1994 to tech from 1999 for example. Big difference

alright so i went to gamestop A, and they were only offering $230 for my PS5. Guy at the counter tries to pull some strings to get me the advertised price. he calls corporate and they tell him that the advertised $382 assumes that the customer has the limited edition spiderman plates, and that the sale for a stock PS5 digital should be $200 w/o pro membership.

I step out for a moment and call the next closest gamestop and they tell me they can do the $380 sale if I can get there before closing. I grab all my s*** and zoom over with 15 minutes to spare and get the $380.

Funniest part is the guy at the first store unplugged my PS5 in rest mode so when I got to store B the employee was about to put it down as defective because it wasn't turning on after multiple attempts. Literally had to reach over the counter myself and spam the power button right before they gave up to get it running again.

wont say always but it will be a while til cost comes down

also some people value using that money to go on trips or outside vs a game or tv show looking real
