Am I the only one kind of indifferent of what’s happening in Ukraine?
Mainly because how ME countries/Palestinians are treated and get no attention/support and people are acting end of the world s*** for Ukrainians, corporations ending all ties with Russia
The racism/nazis are another point but they exist everywhere but the way the media been acting got me worked up
"The second round of talks between Ukraine and Russia is over - Podoliak. Ukraine did not get the results it hoped for, said an adviser to the head of the Office of President. According to him, the parties agreed on humanitarian corridors for evacuation of people and delivery of medicines in the areas of the most active hostilities, as well as a temporary ceasefire during the evacuation. The third round of talks is to take place in the near future."

i only feel bad for the civillians
govt can burn
But with that logic other countries can invade its neighbors if they have small regions with its native population
It doesn't excuse how Russia annexed the Crimea, but you have to live in reality now, and what other way is there to get the Crimea back besides an invasion? Do you think an invasion would be justified?
Also for the record, the Crimea had a referendum, Russia didn't just decide oh it's ours now one day. You can argue that the referendum wasn't free and fair, but why are they not arguing for an internationally observed referendum then?

I feel for Ukrainians but they don't get any more sympathy from me than Yemenis, Palestinians, Ethiopians or Rohingya muslims who have been going thru war/genocide
If anything I feel extra sympathy for them because they're ignored, especially when you think about why they're ignored
Reminder that only people who I have seen that are against Zelensky are all itt
Drake stan type post

Anytime I turn on the news and see people weeping at the horror and inhumanity, this literally what it feels like:

I mean on one hand yeah it would be justified since it’s Ukraine territory and on other I see how it could be difficult.
The referendum was bs, they had army rolled in and posted up everywhere. That wasn’t no free referendum. Plus, how do we know for sure the votes weren’t rigged?
Lmao bro said sorry
I respect it but I was laughing hard . “ only I’m fapping to this one “

Okay it would be difficult, but would be justified to invade and annex territory when the people who actually live there don't want it?
Crimeans overwhelmingly want to be part of Russia:
"In June 2014, a Gallup poll with the Broadcasting Board of Governors asked Crimeans if the results in the March 16, 2014 referendum to secede reflected the views of the people. A total of 82.8% of Crimeans said yes. When broken down by ethnicity, 93.6% of ethnic Russians said they believed the vote to secede was legitimate, while 68.4% of Ukrainians felt so. Moreover, when asked if joining Russia will ultimately make life better for them and their family, 73.9% said yes while 5.5% said no"
