This merch store is definitely gearing up Iceman to have merch & physical bundles. I think he saw the performance of $$$4U and realized that you can’t just get by on streaming anymore. I called it when the album was officially announced, he wants this one to be huge. I think we get an extended rollout, merch + physicals, and a Spring 2026 release date
Idk about Spring 2026 lmao
Is that a snippet in drakes new IG or some yeat song
It’s a Drake & Yeat song that released 2 years ago.
Seeing a lot of chatter on the Pinocchio/Italy connection. The 28th is a free day in Italy if Pinocchio is in episode 3.

oh shi

It's definitely dropping this year and I doubt there'll be some massive push for vinyls the week it drops. OVO Sound makes vinyls for all the artists on the label. Drake is clearly the one who has elected not to make vinyls for his albums and $$$4U has performed exceptionally well for an album. I don't know why Drake would see its performance and think he needed to push vinyls for Iceman lmao.

Definitely interesting.

Drake been signing "Iceman 2025" for months now and people still don't think it's coming this year
It'll likely drop how he dropped For All the Dogs. October release (likely on his birthday), after an extensive summer tour and he'll likely announce another tour that kicks off sometime in 2026 to promote the album.

CLB January 2021

I will bet a two week ban with you that this album DOES NOT release in 2025.
Between his IG comments, the UMG case, the singles not performing well whatsoever, and the Amazon storefront set up, all signs point to this album being released next year. Plus, a long/extended rollout will only build anticipation, as we saw with Views and CLB.
If I’m wrong I’ll gladly admit so and take my two week ban, but my gut is telling me this is a 2026 release

“Exceptionally well” is a massive stretch. It has 5 more songs than his last collab effort and did 150K less first week.
At best, it’s performed alright in a year when all new music across the board is down
Exactly, you get it. I also love that Drake paid no attention to that silly critique and doubled down with More Life (22 songs) and Scorpion (25).
I think that NWTS and TML just had people thinking that maybe tighter albums were gonna be the norm, I think its 2020 bias, things seem bloated but back in the mixtape days mixtapes were 20-30 songs long
It’s almost like the albums sound completely different and tracklist length isn’t the main problem but rather a symptom
I think the biggest thing is cohesivness, its really a lost art, even for drake, Take Care doesn't feel like 20 songs cause its flows through, I think drakes biggest downfall was people letting him get away with the lack of cohesion on Scorpion, I think if he was slammed
a little harder on that CLB and FATD would have turned out a little different but those albums are still bangers, but I can tell im listening to a compilation of music not a single idea of an album
tbh I hope we get the first version of iceman, not the second version like we did for CLB or FATD
