The one suggestion i would do for this town immediately is to have fundraising for independent water testing outside of the EPA. Because you don’t know what happens in those labs while waiting for results. You’re talking a lot lawsuit $ aimed at several corporations .

Spend the extra money for soil, water and air testing. Pick up dead animals and fish - test them as well. I’m sure this is a lot in expenses but there’s a recipe for corruption that outside testing needs to be extensive.
