It's on him, the rail workers union, BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street, and most likely others. But a lot of this is on Biden and him acting like the rail workers came to an agreement during mid terms. So, yeah Biden bad too I guess. I don't protect racists in any capacity, so Big B need to stand on his decisions

A lot of this on the continued de-regulation of the railroad industry and the continued persistence that corporations, profits, and business' take priority over people, their lives, and the environment.
