Y'all really have that bad of luck with therapists? 3/4 of mine been great
I never stay with em too long but id always recommend people try it out at least with 2 therapists
And if you have certain conditions you don't have to do CBT, there's other stuff too

CBT makes me feel like every negative thing that i think and feel is completely invalid when i have a lifetime of evidence that validates it
never had a therapist teach me DBT but from the little i know about it, it does sound way better
so if poor people stop talking about being poor they won’t be poor anymore

@op you wont gain anything useful by posting this here, best to see a therapist/psychiatrist and find a support network IRL who can help you out
you can take meds to help anxiety and learn coping skills in therapy

seek professional help for ADHD and/or depression
when I got medicated for ADHD my thoughts went from things like this to actual, rational, adult thoughts
