Gta will definitely run better on the pro than the slim or regular ps5, i got homies who are waiting for it just for that reason alone lol, but if you dont mind that then go ahead and get the slim, at the end of the day like someone else said, you can just sell and upgrade to the pro later if you really want to

1. it’s a new system that’s not out yet, I’m sure the new Nvidia cards that come out will lap the ps5 pro
2. 4070 is like $500 for consumers, Sony gets a deal so an equivalent graphics chip won’t cost as much for them
3. They usually sell consoles at a loss for a while so if it’s priced at $600 for example it usually costs more for them in actuality

Hopefully Gran Turismo gets some sort of update when the pro drops i dont care about ray tracing when driving tho lol
