Ran 4 miles after 2.5 months of running. Really happy with the progress. Hoping to hit a 10k by end of year
went for a run in my new Hoka's, fixed my gait up immensely, no more awkward weight distribution and foot placement
I'm flat footed and got the Arahi 6

Tryna get like you casually running 5k’s
It’s starting to get easier. I’m trying to avoid caring about speed right now and getting used to knocking out the distance without much effort

doing great by focusing on form over speed, just make sure your not pushing yourself too far too fast and you'll be golden

I got a $140ish one for around $90 off amazon and I feel like its p good
Had quite a bit of recs on reddit for a more budget friendly option. I haven't used higher end ones tho so I can't really compare too well but I would say im happy with it
Kinda do wish it went a little harder sometimes, but it for sure helped with some of the tightness in my calves
here's the one I got
