    IM BACK TO RUNNING!!!!!!

    finally got back to gym and now feeling more motivated that ever to go there regularly. I got sick last week so I was super looking forward to it. I had two more runs the week before but they were mostly warmups. this one was cool, I also do laps in the pool right after so I feel great all in all

    im running on treadmill which isnt my favorite but then again I like running outside even less. my favorite is stadiums

    same. been running pretty much the same pace and time for the last year doing cardio just for cardio. recently been training to run consistent 6 min miles

    feel like ima go the same route as you, might try to sneak in 1 longer run a week on weekends too

    rn mainly focusing on keeping pace + 5/6 runs a week consistently tho

    nice. you do other forms of cardio? i've also been trying to go on regular swims and some rucking.

    i f***ed up my foot bad last run and i dont got insurance to see a doctor to know how serious it is

    my dumb ass fault for running in old shoes

    Add sprints to your routine. You can do it whenever you run outdoor but a visit to a track greatly helps in terms of surrounding. Nice to switch things up here and there as your body tends to get comfortable with your usual training
