IM BACK TO RUNNING!!!!!!
finally got back to gym and now feeling more motivated that ever to go there regularly. I got sick last week so I was super looking forward to it. I had two more runs the week before but they were mostly warmups. this one was cool, I also do laps in the pool right after so I feel great all in all
im running on treadmill which isnt my favorite but then again I like running outside even less. my favorite is stadiums
Trying to do my one hour run once a week again, think I burnt myself going for 3 times a week
feel like I need a more consistent plan/goal than just running a 5k 5-6 times per week

same. been running pretty much the same pace and time for the last year doing cardio just for cardio. recently been training to run consistent 6 min miles

nah honestly jus been running and doing ab workouts lately
i f***ed up my foot bad last run and i dont got insurance to see a doctor to know how serious it is

Add sprints to your routine. You can do it whenever you run outdoor but a visit to a track greatly helps in terms of surrounding. Nice to switch things up here and there as your body tends to get comfortable with your usual training
