Whats the price range
AT2020-2035 are both great
I'm looking to drop around $250-300 on a pop filter and mic.
I really like the Kaotica Eyeball but that's $200 alone and I wouldn't wanna cheap out on the mic quality to get it. But if I can get that and like a $150 mic I'd be cool.
Also cool with other suggestions though.

Just a pop filter/
I've been using a 15 dollar pop filter for like 3 years and it works great.

Yeah I kinda was thinking it was kinda expensive for just the pop filter.
You got like a flat one that goes around or another ball type?
And what mics would you suggest?

I just got a flat one, I don't remember exactly what kind since its just jet black but I got it off amazon think it was the most highly rated one.
I'm looking for a mic as well, im about to finish building my PC and I think I'm gonna go with an AT2020 or a Rode NT1. They're both around 200.
Another thing you gotta consider is whether or not you want a USB mic or not.

This dude has a lot of good videos, just research whichever mic you planning on getting.

whats difference between USB mic and otherwise other than ofc being able to plug it
I know wit other mics you need interface

Interface usually gives you better latency and most of the time a little clearer sound. Ofc this helps during recording but after mixing the difference is pretty null. The question is whether or not you want to spend $100 on a good interface for a mic the same price.
Honestly it’s really up to you and as someone that has used both I really like having an interface/mixer but a nice quality usb mic like an AT2020 will do perfect if you’re not some audiophile.
Good music is good music.
I got an Electro Voice Re-20 mic
@DatniggaKaylin just something i cooked up quickly on my push 2 this morning then spent like 2 hours screaming into my microphone and not being happy with the results to show yall. simple beat cause i realized vocals need room.
