    Got light headed on the last set of squats today

    Unracked, got into position, and then just got dizzy. Kinda struggled to rack it back tbh. I had a bit of discomfort in my upper back like I pinched something.

    Was very odd

    i've gotten light headed / a rush of blood to the head doing db ohp a few times and it's one of the greatest feelings ever

    having to concentrate/fight through it so you don't drop the weight feels INSANE

    Going from always being tall and lanky, bench was always my weakest exercise. Super satisfying for 2 plates to be my starting point for my exercise splits finally

    i remember last time i took like a week off and i went back 1st day to do squats and i wanted to do where i left off then when i got to hip thrusts i was doing the same i always do then on the last set idk what happened i felt dizzy and threw up lol
