Unracked, got into position, and then just got dizzy. Kinda struggled to rack it back tbh. I had a bit of discomfort in my upper back like I pinched something.

i've gotten light headed / a rush of blood to the head doing db ohp a few times and it's one of the greatest feelings ever
having to concentrate/fight through it so you don't drop the weight feels INSANE

i remember last time i took like a week off and i went back 1st day to do squats and i wanted to do where i left off then when i got to hip thrusts i was doing the same i always do then on the last set idk what happened i felt dizzy and threw up lol

same with mines and i am going to my cousins house to workout on legs on christmas day before work so ill get my lungs Bulgarian spilt squats goblin squats in he has those adjustable 90 pound weights
Foot still hurt bad so I was limited but still smashed my first 5k time. Coulda done really good if I was 100%
