after that I couldnt ignore the pain anymore so I walked most of the rest

I never had issues with it during the workout but make sure you have food readily available afterwards whenever you’re ready to eat.
You can run out of gas real quick without realizing.
But yeah in ur case. Don’t listen to me lol.

Trying to focus leg days to help my running so I started using the Hex bar and kettle bells. Feel amazing

i fckn love my little home gym bro. a few adjustable kettlebells (12-32kg each), a pullup bar, therapy bands and light dumbbells for injury prevention, plus a bicycle and running shoes and bam i don't need anything else
for me having to go somewhere to workout was the largest thing in the way between me and consistently working out. so being able to bang out a workout anytime im home is huge
