I think there’s a lot of debate around whether or not cardio can lower your gains and burn muscle mass but I guess it’s just up to you. If you’re bulking then keep cardio maximum to walking for ~30 mins. If you’re cutting I wouldn’t worry too much but just make sure you’re eating enough protein. I’ve read that ending workouts with cardio can help burn fat bc you supposedly revert to using your glycogen storage but I’ve also read that’s not true. It’s just so much conflicting information lol but you’ll figure out what works for you

Bulgarians seem to hit much harder on my deck furniture than when using a bench in a gym.
lowkey f***ing depressed tbh, i know i should be thankful that i can at least do some cardio exercises and bodyweight but man i cant even order gym equipment cause everything is sold out in australia til june. i was just making great gains on strength and physique too ffs. oh well, i guess i'll just wait til june.

Got a set of 3 cables for 20 bucks at Target. Kinda fun messing around with and they give you a crazy pump but definitely missing out on the gains rn
