    Got resistance bands but they don’t do s*** for chest activation. Might just stick to push ups for chest lol

    Regular push ups do the trick tbh I just squeeze all the way like Jeff Cavalier says 🤣 Don’t trust my chairs so I do incline push ups to target my lower chest

    Better off doing hamstring curls with the ball at the moment. Cause nothing gonna come close to the weight U need

    35s r good do 5-6 sets of 20 use a coffee table or use the floor for bench but hold it when your going down everytime yur doing it like 4 3 seconds 20x yu wil feel it

    I’m thinking about ordering dip bar and pull up bar since they closed down parks I can’t really workout on jungle gym anymore.

    You’re pretty much just gonna have to wait on deadlifts until you’re back in a gym. Nothing can replicate that.
    In the meantime, just do some maintenance stuff for hamstrings. I’ve been doing these hamstring curls with furniture sliders, replicating Swiss ball curls

    I have bands ranging from 10-50 lbs, sliders, a 10lb medicine ball, an exercise pad, an Ab wheel, and a 30lb kettlebell
