Got resistance bands but they don’t do s*** for chest activation. Might just stick to push ups for chest lol

35s r good do 5-6 sets of 20 use a coffee table or use the floor for bench but hold it when your going down everytime yur doing it like 4 3 seconds 20x yu wil feel it

You’re pretty much just gonna have to wait on deadlifts until you’re back in a gym. Nothing can replicate that.
In the meantime, just do some maintenance stuff for hamstrings. I’ve been doing these hamstring curls with furniture sliders, replicating Swiss ball curls
