how much are you hoping to trim up? 4 weeks isn't a lot, depending on how steep the deficit is I'd say 6-8 weeks is a better spot
I don't think you need to meal prep much because you will end up eating individual items of food rather than meals
e.g. lunch is roast chicken with rice. dinner is kangaroo with eggs
