What r y'all thoughts on working out a muscle group twice a day
Example: morning workout go hard low reps
Afternoon/ evening workout light high reps
be careful of junk volume

Not necessarily the same muscle group but more like
Chest and back in the morning
And then shoulders and biceps in the evening
Psychologically you'd want to also eat better that day since u Kno ur gonna go hard
Then obv rest next day or whatever
Giving bout 48 hr of rest time
Can hit them muscle groups 3-4 times a week like that.

You’re better off doing a strength session then a mobility/cardio session. Less is always more. You’re saving yourself from eventual burnout/injury.
I used to do 2-a-days all the time like I described cause it’s the recommended method from pros for non-pros. 2 full-on lifting sessions a day is so taxing on the body
