    How are y’all working out? I was about to purchase weights and a bench, etc. everything’s sold out and people are trying to charge 500 for Damaged equipment. This is ridiculous man.

    Yoga and push ups. Gotta get my running game back on point during this but I'm actually looking forward to going goku style on pushups and becoming a yoga master. Yoga is one of my favorite forms of exercise and I hadn't been doing it as much leading up to the quarantine.

    Been enjoying running outside for cardio till my phone flew out and cracked. None of this woulda happened if the gym was still open

  • I used to love running smh, I would go 7-9 miles without even stopping to catch a breath. Now I got fat and mentally
    I’m not their anymore. I keep making excuses for myself smh 🤦🏻‍♂️

    Got resistance bands but they don’t do s*** for chest activation. Might just stick to push ups for chest lol
