5feet 11.75 inches (round it up to 6)
Trying to get up to 175. Started at 125, basically skin and bones.
I am about a week and a half in, at 129 now only been working on my arms at home but will be going to the gym to work on chest and legs.
Also have been walking a lot. I could walk 7-10 miles a day easy but my trainer told me that is just counterproductive for my bulking.
As an ectomorph, losing fat should be easy as hell so I have been bulking did ~2700 calories the first couple days to ease myself in and the past 4 days have been ~3300 each. Starting to get used to the calories its not really that much food as long as I space it out all day.
The hardest part for me is rest days, I dont want to wait for my muscles to grow. They arent sore anymore and I feel like I could workout the same muscles every day
dont over do it if your just getting into it but if you wanna gain weight since its very easy for you to burn it, it every 3 hours almonds nuts pnb sandwhich you will see yourself gaining weight
Time for a recomp!
Going to work on improving my bench as well. Going to consult with some local high level powerlifters to critique my form.
Going to do my first bench meet soon.
Finally moving to 4 days a week. Trying to hit every muscle at least twice every seven days so this works perfectly.

Yeah you typically gain 1-2% weight due to increased water retention
Did 30k steps a day for 7 days
Ate whatever i wanted (still tried to be above 100g of protein tho)
Lost half a lb
and lost an inch off my waist and hip
and half an inch off my neck

i lost a bit but i am going to check tomorrow
Gonna add mobility training on my off days.
Knees and ankles need to get stronger. I have a lot of limitations and I know that will help with form and eventually help me train better.
Any ideas of an all in one place I can go to create a plan for this?
@atthepyramids can you send me that stretching video you posted itt a few weeks ago, I can't find it
