ik thats not amazing but ive rly gone from completely flimsy to moderately fit in like 1 month
cut going well, can finally wear singlets/vests and feel good. been sculpting the arms and delts carefully and am so happy with the results so far
the libido is crazy, gotta lower my gaze at the gym. idk how people do it
intrusive thoughts at all times but we are remaining focused
I’ve seen those reels dudes are curling buckets of water n s*** and shredded
its some bs you think ?
Coming from that background, he’s probably intermittent fasting around 2 big meals consisting of a carb, a vegetable and a protein (chicken, red meat, pork). His day-to-day is probably a lot of manual labor for money + whatever he’s doing for his workouts. If he had a step/movement tracker, it would probably be super high. I seen niggas like him often in the village
but do you know of the person i am actually talking about though ?

What’s your split? Also how many calories are you consuming?

currently 198 pounds (not sure of body fat % but just have some stubborn lower stomach fat to go, lean everywhere else) and using a calculator i eat under maintenance quite a bit ^500 cals + very active (10-15k steps per day).
I have overdeveloped quads, traps and biceps so don't do much volume or skip them altogether. with these i'm going more for shape so might do one or two exercises as a finisher after my days below.
chest/back/lower back (injury prevention stuff) - lagging so go hard on this day
delts/triceps/forearms - shape
hammies/glutes/calves - shape
I run/bike every day in between workouts (1 hr run, 1.3hour bike since its less fatiguing)

Good god how long you've been lifting?
Good god how long you've been lifting?
Not long, since March. But I used to work physical jobs in college hence overdeveloped in some areas.
The biking and running is easy since I have a bike and treadmill at home.

Ngl I’m lucky I didn’t work out when I was more impressionable and insecure. I’d def be a mess. But I’m more mature now and have a defined goal and physique I want so I won’t be tempted to get sidetracked. The hardest thing about gym is that some people will be shilling info disingenuously.

Biggest part for me is discipline, however noticed healthier diet helps you maintain the discipline and motivation at the gym
Also, not sure if you know anything about this, but despite my fairly small frame I somehow have massive gluts and its getting annoying, like what could be done? And I'm not even that overweight.
did a killer back session today got to 4 plate dead lift and then killed it with 35 min stair master
every wed feels like game 7 for me

I mean… buckets and bricks in a third world country will only get you so far
5feet 11.75 inches (round it up to 6)
Trying to get up to 175. Started at 125, basically skin and bones.
I am about a week and a half in, at 129 now only been working on my arms at home but will be going to the gym to work on chest and legs.
Also have been walking a lot. I could walk 7-10 miles a day easy but my trainer told me that is just counterproductive for my bulking.
As an ectomorph, losing fat should be easy as hell so I have been bulking did ~2700 calories the first couple days to ease myself in and the past 4 days have been ~3300 each. Starting to get used to the calories its not really that much food as long as I space it out all day.
The hardest part for me is rest days, I dont want to wait for my muscles to grow. They arent sore anymore and I feel like I could workout the same muscles every day

I got massive legs as well so can’t really help you there unfortunately 😔
