Throw on a hoodie and hit the cardio machine until you’re drenched in sweat you’ll feel like a new man after that shower
iv been really congested last few days since friday and plus i was going to take a couple days off to rest my body from the gym too
today i went on a two hour walk which was amazing so just some light stretching foam rolling too and hiking

push ups sit ups see what is around you, you can do ab training a lot of too

first lifts back after an off period are what make me love lifting. that true burn the next day and even next next day is just so good. couldn’t straighten out my arm yesterday s*** was beaten up
