tbh its hard to eat clean a lot of healthy foods are expensive but its kinda not in excuse too

Facts all these ig fitness influencers have really warped the reality of what it takes to stay that “shredded” (ie. hop on gear) but they are getting paid a bag to promote their bs programs and false promises so they don’t gaf
is 80 pushups a day a good start for working out? also do like 50-60 crunches

Noticed i put on a good 10-15 pounds over the last year. Workout routine never changed but my diet has definitely gotten worse

they were saying it would be difficult to maintain year round though and could only be done for a short window prior to a show without detracting from your overall health

diet-wise just more protein than carbs, avoid huge meals, and avoid processed/fatty foods
i do that, isolate abs, and do cardio if i ever need to get abs in a pinch.
