Bruh i did slow and controlled “bench” from home with bands the other day, it was fire
You can maintain- won’t be much huge progress but still maintain what you have brother
This was my home workout Monday:
Started out with this:

Then did core (3 sets)
-Ab wheel (10-12 reps)
-Reverse crunches w 10lb med ball tucked in between knees (15 reps)
-dead bugs (10 reps each side)
-bicycle crunches x failure
-mountain climbers x failure
Then my full body workout was:
LEGS (3 sets)
-Single leg lunge/kick up x 15 reps
-squat w/ 3 second hold at bottom x 15 reps
-single leg bridge x 12 reps
-side lunge x 10 reps each side
-Single leg RDL x 10 reps each side
-band clamshell x 10 reps each side
PUSH (3 sets)
-slow resistance band bench(failure) x regular push-up (failure) superset
-reverse dips (failure) x diamond push-up(failure) superset
PULL (3 sets)
-band pull aparts (failure)
-band curls (Failure)

but I’ll still be watching what I eat

That’s a really good idea bro, one of my mentors when i was first working out says he takes like a 3-4 week break every year to recharge, do yoga, etc and get his body right before continuing training

several forms of push ups, triceps dip, pull ups (u can do biceps, lats and back with different forms), planking, workout your core with balancing etc..
S*** I did cardio for the first time in a year yesterday, went out biking I almost died.
but I feel you it's definitely halting progress, plus no contact with the gym bros and no sauna sucks.

I was a few weeks away from finally benching 225 bruh
I’m gaining weight being home.
Went from 190-205
Good news I can get this off quick and get in good shape down to like 180 so when it’s time to step out in the summer I will be sexy than a b****
I'm down 10 lbs this year so far but it doesn't even feel like an accomplishment. i just think about how much more i still have to go
