guys is it weird if I don’t want big traps? I like the silver era look where the emphasis is on the chest and delts so am going for that. Also think clothes look better like this as well since I’m broad shouldered
So due to some schedule changes and the fact I’m running a lot more again, I can now only lift 4 days a week most weeks. So I’m thinking about going from PPL to a simple upper/lower split so that I can hit each body part twice more easily. Any good plans/routines for this yall would recommend to get the most out of 4 days?

finally got to try the pendulum squat machine tonight
aint really f*** wit it damn
i squat atg and ran out of foot space on the pad and my right knee kept hitting the side of the s*** on the way up
or maybe i need to squat narrower on that and not go as deep ?
also tried another hacksquat and i would hit the bottom of the machine before reaching full knee flexion smh s*** kept throwing me off
i miss the hacksquat at his old gym s*** was perfect
successful push day + 45 mins of cardio, 20k steps overall
about to stretch/foam roll/do abs and sleep

Just got done doing a 6 mile ruck March.
First 3 miles was normal.
Last 3 miles we did a 4 man litter carry and we were racing against the other team.

My feet are COOKED. S*** looks gross
gonna start a new 6 day workout routine next week
then keep it going until november
trying to see how much fat i can lose while i put on muscle mass aswell

kurt angle was saying when he was training for the olympics he did the crazy workout routine where he would only start training when he was fully tired one of the routines he had was running for 6 miles he said he would do it in 38 mins then go weight train look it up when i heard this my jaw dropped on how he was doing this an how long too
had tricep tendonitis a solid 8 months now, this s*** is fr depressing at this point
