What are some good ab work outs, I have been doing ab rollers, v crunches, and slanted situps with weight.
just drop the ego and drop the weight, focus on mind-muscle connection, the contraction.
youre just asking to get injured trying to cheat form during lifts.
I dont ego-lift. I meant a more explosive row. I contract and slow down for my cable rows, but I'm going for power and speed on my barbell sets.
Anyone else cheat the s*** out of barbell rows? I stay consistent and slow on heavy cable rows, but I feel like doing that on heavy bb rows might not be feasible

If you’re cheating lifts, then it’s too heavy, and if it’s too heavy you’re basically ego lifting. What’s the point in doing explosive barbell Rows?

Honestly with abs as long as you feeling a burn it don’t really matter. As long as it’s not an intrinsically bad exercise (looking at u planks) wouldn’t really say one is better than the other

Cable chops are a lot of fun if you mean rotational type stuff. Make sure to keep the movement pretty small so it’s your core being used the whole time tho

Lately I have been running on the treadmill a lot like about 3-4 miles, and I think I'm running pretty loud, but I'm not sure when I'm running, because I have my music pretty loud in my ear. So is it okay to run loud on the treadmill in the gym?

If you want to keep making progress as a natty you have to put form aside and go heavy tbh. That constant tension high rep s*** doesn’t work after the 3rd year of consistent lifting. You have to go heavy as f***
