If i lose 3 kg in 50 days but still lift weights and eat a lot of protein will i only lose fat or also muscle? or can i still keep the muscle? I feel like I got some muscle on me now but im still fat tho. (i wanna do a “mini cut” and then to back to bulking from january again. I wanna lose some of this fut while keeping the muscle.
