If you want to keep making progress as a natty you have to put form aside and go heavy tbh. That constant tension high rep s*** doesn’t work after the 3rd year of consistent lifting. You have to go heavy as f***

Anybody here have shoulder impingement? I been doing face pulls and rows to ease the recovery but I havent bench pressed in a month now cuz im scared of my shoulder.
Bro i dont see much off a difference after 2 months of lifting weight. I can see a small gain off muscle mass i think, not quite sure.
I def gained power tho I cam almost bench the double of what i could in the beginning. Maybe its still early?

Overnight oats one of the best meals for any goal imo, can make it hella high or low calorie and protein depending on how you make it

For sure. Gonna buy some in the morning. Along with fruits, honey and cinnamon
Anyone here do weighted chins/dips?
How long did it take you start adding weight? I can chin-up 5x5 at the moment with strong form. Should I be waiting until that becomes a breeze before looking to add weight?

I keep things simple personally during my cut, been either a combination of eggs, turkey bacon, tuna, a slice of toast or half a bagel. Essentially I try to keep my carbs as low as possible and high protein.
You might need more carbs to get through your workouts, idk. Personally I can get through heavy lifting workouts on a low amount of carbs

Alright, maybe you guys have more knowledge than me and might be able to figure this out.
I did a blood test, Testosterone high as f***, vitamins & mineral levels in check. I move around, go to the gym 3 times a week, stay hydrated, eat right amounts of macros, but still feel tired as fuuck, and fall asleep midday every day. It annoys me as I would like to be more productive as I have a lot of s*** going on in my life.
When it comes to the gym I only do cardio as I'm recovering from an injury, but that shouldn't be an issue.
Any tips/ideas on what could be wrong?
