I'm from Florida bro, too hot for thermals, what kind of bike would you recommend?
the nike dri-fit stuff is pretty good then instead
concept 2 erg bike would be my recommendation but not sure what your budget is.
What's yalls recommended exercises for ab and oblique hypertrophy?
i said it before but hanging knee raises in the gym like 4x30 with the last set being til failure hits
and then like 3x (50 crunches, 20 reverse crunches, double crunches til failure, minute rest) hits so hard it’s a cheat code imo
one long set of bicycle crunches til failure for obliques usually
i don’t really ever do weight training targeting my abs but maybe thats more effective idk

Office job, mostly remote
id say lightly active. if the skating isnt intense (idk s*** about skating) it’s probably just making up for what you’d be doing at regular on-your-feet job. better than being completely sedentary, but i def recommend adding in a gym routine to supplement that to stay in shape

need this too
I wanna start taking up running, but don't how to even begin.
How long do I run for?
How many times a week?
Distance?
What do I wear?
Like what?
if you're an absolute beginner and struggled to run even 3 minutes like me the couch to 5k program helped me a lot, it's just slowly building up your tolerance for longer runs. the first few weeks will feel insanely easy, but stick to it

Weight training the abs gonna make them blocky. Better to do keep doing what you doing and just up the intensity/speed
