i used to be like embarrassingly slow and out of shape when i was younger
so every day one summer i just ran until my legs couldnt hold me any more
and every day i would make sure to go further than the last time, even if my body felt like giving out
literally nothing else matters besides that lol as long as you got running shoes and a way to get home you’ll be fine
found out my cousin is most likely on roids, kid is only 16 man what

if you're overweight start bike riding first imo easier on the joints then run when you're lighter
if that isn't an issue look at form videos and start running small distances imo
would get some thermals for running
