Been doing only cardio for 3 yeara straight, want to vary a little bit. Any good workout programs for beginners?
If you are new to the gym dont cut. 180 aint fat you be sweet just lift and eat till it gets uncomfortable then cut
not new but i think i hit my plateau as in what i can max out maybe cutting is the better way to go
this is the 8th gym i’ve lifted at seriously as an adult i can promise you i’ve never seen anything like it

I run about 70 miles a week and do gym about 3 times a week.
Currently i eat wholemeal cereal in the morning, half a banana, protein shake, and then a chicken breast + spinach and sweet potato in the evening.
