I run about 70 miles a week and do gym about 3 times a week.
Currently i eat wholemeal cereal in the morning, half a banana, protein shake, and then a chicken breast + spinach and sweet potato in the evening.

i just can't like eggs man. tried cooking them all different ways and it just doesn't hit for me.
gonna try some ground beef, chicken breast, or steak in the morning instead.
They have to be one of the cheapest forms of high protein too but i just can't stomach them.
