I do a 15 minute ab workout over my lunch break every day
Just start following along with some videos on YT to get started and once you have a decent variety of exercises you know just start doing them in sets on your own

what are you guys doing for core/abs?
i do 50 crunches, 30 reverse crunches, double crunches til failure
3 times with a minute rest each
gives me abs if i want them
at the gym ill also do hanging knee raises and s***
bicycles every so often
new gym is so busy it kills all my motivation
literally couldn’t even find space for dumbbell work
Can you get a significant chest growth by calisthenics?
I can't really afford the gym right now, just got myself and a set of 10kg dumbells

The best exercises I do are
Hanging leg raise 4x8
DB drag plank 3x10
Russian twists 4x10
Decline crunches 4xF
Side plank dips 4xF
Finish with 3x1min flutter kicks
Not very scientific but works for me
My tummy fine too, its more long term.
These sweetners and heavily processed powders aint good for us
those artificial sweetener studies are a hoax bro, should be fine unless youre chugging gallons a day
