Y’all keep avoiding the gym due to this fake virus scare and ill keep enjoying arriving to my empty gym and getting my workout done in half the time because of it
My gym closed.
For two or three weeks. Realistically, what's the best way to minimize muscle loss? No equipment at home and no prequisite calisthenic skills (like handstands n s***)
pushups & pullups can't possibly be enough, f*** what to do? and even worse, I don't see any s*** getting fixed in two weeks
bruh all that hard work gone to s***

Order a kettlebell or some dumbbells off amazon or if you have a local sports shop open go there. Also body weight exercises. Go for a run if you can. Also you generally only really start to see losses in strength and muscle after about 2 weeks w/o exercise I think
ive been on such a solid streak these past 5 months i cant afford a closure

has the potential to cause some hair loss
mainly if you're already prone to balding due to your genetics
most people don't have any hair loss happen tho
just making you paranoid
if you eat trash then yes

eating a lot of food without worrying about the quality, quantity or your macros will make you gain muscle and fat (dirty bulk). While working out and following a good program. If you don't work out, you'll just gain fat.
lean bulking is what you should want to do if you just want to gain as much muscle as possible while limiting the amount of fat gained. But you'll always gain fat when bulking up. Just depends how much you're okay with gaining and the time frame you want to achieve your results in.
