    Gyms need to have antibacterial wipes period. Ik some schools do

    I don't think I've ever been in a gym that didn't at least have spray and paper towels.

    You never seen one of these combos? Most places have moved to the wipes but a few still use these.

    Man, I’ve been putting in too much work to stop going. Gain train don’t stop. Almost at my first goal of <200lbs (this is while lifting and trying to shed some pounds at the same time). I’m trying to get to like 185 then focus more on weights and cut some cardio.
