did a little workout today
5x9 for pull ups
4x10 for curls
4x10-12 of OHP
4x10 for bendover back rows
3-4x 15 of tricep curls
weight ranged from 15-30 lbs only because i am on a rest week

So I went to my friends gym together and hit the legs and shoulders
Doing a spain trip end of june for 2weeks but once im back, plan doing a bulk (prob dirty) first time ever

You're probably using too heavy weight/doing too many reps
I’ve been stuck on the same weight for concentration/bicep curls for like 6 weeks now
I personally found more development going light high rep on these
