    5x9 for pull ups
    4x10 for curls
    4x10-12 of OHP
    4x10 for bendover back rows
    3-4x 15 of tricep curls

    weight ranged from 15-30 lbs only because i am on a rest week

    I personally found more development going light high rep on these

    When do y’all know when it’s time to take a break? I’ve been going 4-6 times a week 2 months straight. Lifting no cardio.

    Body feels good but I can tell a rest would be beneficial

    I've found some of my biggest gains after light weeks... the bro science about confusing the muscles is legit
