    Working sets feels like lazy but most efficient in my view
    100 crutches todays split into four sets
    40 pull ups split in four sets
    I am getting stronger so

    She got so much potential but has gotten guys her whole life so never felt she had to and there's cultural baggage too

    What’s a good pull day workout ktt fam? Current workout is assisted pull ups, chest supported t bar row, lat pull down, and bicep n forearm curls

    Thinking of including deadlifts in the beginning and dropping pull ups or t bar row, used to deadlifts on 2nd leg day but haven’t had time to do 2 leg days in one week.

    does all of KTT do push pull days lol? Never really heard of any relative gym bros doing that outside of here. am i taking an L for ripping singular body part per workout?

    i do 1-2 warmup sets just to get blood flowing before i start moving into my working sets

    I’ve been focusing on compound workouts that and pull ups seem to be the most efficient way for bicep/in general growth
