i get needing longer rest for the main compounds but for exercises like that 20 mins seems like overkill fr

really interested in adopting more plyo and agility drills. i also discovered mace training which is similar to another workout i saw which was about intentionally unevenly loading weights so your body has to stabilise itself in addition to doing the movements.
been on youtube gathering ideas. it's very fun. I'm not focused on pure hypertrophy so the possibilities seem endless.
still months away from this but its very addictive
