i went a summer in college doing that while running insanity and got a good cut
it was like 2200 calories for the entire pizza at the time

ya i do this last after back day for 20 mins at lvl 11
was waiting for this girl to finish using the ropes like the black one for tris an i got another one an finish before her she was like 16 mins on the phone 5 mins using the rope

i did lvl 10 1st for like 11 mins took a water break then fin with like lvl 9-10
so get this i was leaving the gym an these girls had a booth there sometimes the gym has companies some times come an do promotions like you can get a hair cut, buy protien etc so these girls were selling jordans so i like at them an see the union 4s i asked what was the size they said 6 so i looked up on stock x an it was going for 872 canadian so i was wondering if someone sees you buy them at the gym your going to get jumped lol
