U might be dumb so try putting ur height into the calc then increase it by one or fee inches and u wont notice much of a difference

Ok i tried it rn its cuz I put my activity lvl as sedentary
Even sedentary 2,200 feels kinda lowish for maintenance

Na it makes a big diff i tried sedantry then light activity then my cals increased by 400
I only put sedentary cuz other than the gym im not that active

Honestly I work a job where I move a bit then I like taking walks then cardio 3-5 days on top of strength training 5 days a week
Im on 15k steps today and I still gotta walk
Back to business.
Two turnovers today and drew a third penalty at the breakdown. Both work rate and physicality were great.
Next focus points are footwork and smarts with ball in hand.

What u do for ur cardio? Just stair master or actually run? I do my weights then 10-15 min incline walk or stairmaster
Man takes walks, works, cardio, + weights how u make that time
