Not all bad, your hams were already sufficiently trained
Maybe reconsider your routine, to ensure you're hitting everything and not killing a muscle too quick
I did this with triceps yesterday and couldn't get my pressing movements to work even though my pecs were fresh

Sounds like a strain, all you can do is rest and ice
Also stop doing situps imo, they're good for ab development but bad for the spine
