    i hurt my back yesterday and fr can’t like jump or anything

    it’s like my lower back area

    like when i attempt to run it’s so painful

    any recommendations on making that feel better?

    i went a summer in college doing that while running insanity and got a good cut

    it was like 2200 calories for the entire pizza at the time

    my current routine, i do this 3 times a week combined with the 2 times gymnastic training

    I feel like a could slim it down a notch though

    I like this, maybe add some shrugs for traps

    Not all bad, your hams were already sufficiently trained
    Maybe reconsider your routine, to ensure you're hitting everything and not killing a muscle too quick

    I did this with triceps yesterday and couldn't get my pressing movements to work even though my pecs were fresh

    Sounds like a strain, all you can do is rest and ice

    Also stop doing situps imo, they're good for ab development but bad for the spine
