    what's your weekly routine look like

    A: Chest/Delts/Triceps/Biceps
    B: Lats/Traps/Erectors (Posterior Chain)
    C: Plyometrics/HIIT day and Abs/Forearms
    D: Leg

    Rest every other day in between (C is basically a rest day tbh)

    that's a nice routine. doesn't seem like you're doing anything excessive.

    Usually 3 sets with a rep range of between 8-12 for each group. I mix it up so I’m always flexible in case the gym is packed or equipment isn’t available. But I always try to pre-fatigue the larger muscle groups so my first exercise is always an isolation.

    I help my uncle on his farm in my spare time so my theory is I’m getting additional stimulus from there. I can’t stop helping so I was thinking to cut back the sets maybe. Or reps even.

    tbh you can easily hit your arms well enough doing chest/lats/traps if you're getting your arms involved with complex movements. I rarely do iso arm work myself.

    so if you feel like you're arms are developing faster than the rest of your body, and you're getting them involved on your chest/back days, some things you could do is only do iso work for your arms every other week. or on day A one week you can do chest/delts/triceps, and chest/delts/biceps the next week. or just skip the iso work altogether.

    rolled oats, protein, creatine, granola, Greek yogurt, almond milk (vanilla), eggs, butter, pb/j, bread (whole grain wheat), chicken breasts from sams club, ground beef/ Turkey, couple pounds of lunch meat, rice, blueberries, black berries, grapes, spinach, celery, onions, potatoes/ sweet potatoes, flowers for your kitchen island
