started bracing correctly for squats and now i can do 3x5 instead of 3x3 for my current working weight, truly magical.

I currently work out 3 times a week with only dumbbells cause I can’t go to the gym rn, I do a split with different muscle groups a day. Is that good enough? Or do I need to do more

I've been mixing boxing into my routine, it's unreal cardio.
For me, yoga once a week plus cycling/rowing/any type of cardio and an even amount of weight lifting and I feel godly.

They got a Basketball court at my baileys gym s***s really chill. I’ll lift for like 30/40 Mins, go in there and shoot 3s for 40 mins, then finish it off with some stairclimber/elliptical (like 20-30 mins)

i always played like s*** after lifting, but bball is great cardio

I actually do a few sets with dumbbells near the end of my workout. But I keep it really light, like 15-25lb and focus on very slow movement and contraction
I feel like anything heavier either I can’t get a full range of motion or it’s going to f*** my shoulders up

no I mean ive been working 8 weeks without any type of break. Other than 2 days off work each week. But ive been feeling out of energy the last 6-7 days so ive been told I should take 7 days off to rest. And then go back to lifting weights.

Yeah, take a deload week man. Maintain weight, do some cardio/abs/light weight work so you can stay a little bit active. Honestly does wonders for PR's
