Hanging abs exercises quite good. Something rewarding in the simplicity of it.
I do both tbh, work with at least 70-80% every workout but then I up the weight in one of the movements to hit new PR to main that progressive overload

Enough distractions and carry on - back to the fitness. Going to play rugby this year. Don't think I'll be an 8 at this weight. But not keen on lock because packing scrums sucks. Flanker it is.

i avoided them for a while when i was new to lifting but ive pulled pulled the trigger on them recently and i love how you dont even need that much weight to get solid sets in and a decent pump
