Tbh bro after this post, I caught a fever + stomach virus and my whole groove off
But
Strength training x5 a week
Cardio 3-5x a week
Find out my calories needed, minus 500-600 a day
And then u should be solid
imagine not lifting heavy
I do both tbh, work with at least 70-80% every workout but then I up the weight in one of the movements to hit new PR to main that progressive overload
