Ya I’m saying if someone need straps for OHP they got weak ass wrists and need to work on their grip strength. You can’t really be doing too much on OHP that your wrists can’t handle unless you got a more serious issue.
i just started a new program and for my next workout it has me doing 8 sets of box squats with only 2 reps per set. i've heard of training styles like this but i've never done it before. how much time should i wait between sets? 30 seconds? it has me doing a lower weight too, so i know 2 reps ain't gonna feel like much.
I do 90 seconds between sets for Sheiko
3 minutes is actually optimal but no one has time for that
Isn't box squat just a squat without any weights? What 2 reps every 2 minutes gonna do? You get a better workout taking a s*** on them squat toilets with the sink hole

Naah lol. Basic is too packed. I go to a local gym called 360 Healthclub. Used to go to Anytime for years which is amazing since I loved working out late but the gym is too small, not enough (quality) machines and not worth the €35 overall. My new gym is amazing except for the opening hrs

Instead of early morning I did an evening workout. Chest and shoulders went great. Will look into a new workout schedule with my trainer sunday morning to increase intensity. Also adjusted my food intake this week. Feeling confident about this

Only €35? Dam gym in my town is almost €50 and closes 12.30-15.00
