Only €35? Dam gym in my town is almost €50 and closes 12.30-15.00
Wtf they robbing yall
I need to find a new gym, basic fit is basically a zoo at all times now
Yup
Better to find a local gym if they have quality ones where you at which are usually not as packed
Ya I’m saying if someone need straps for OHP they got weak ass wrists and need to work on their grip strength. You can’t really be doing too much on OHP that your wrists can’t handle unless you got a more serious issue.
na i think i am good i did a NEW PR today with dead lift 4 plate 15 with out straps only used chalk but sometimes i use straps for ohp or shoulder workouts just to be on the safe side i f***ed up my wrist last may and was out for 2 months in the gym

Anytime fitness 5 minutes away from my house >>>>
I went to visit my friend at cap hill in Seattle and was able to walk to the gym there very convenient
Anytime fitness really is great. Open anytime. Never packed. Got all the s*** I need. Right by my house every time I’ve moved. Easy to find when traveling.
Like f*** golds all I need is a power rack to make do.

Its like 2-3 min walk from me aswell
Lowkey thinking about getting another sub to work out later
drop workout please
let me start off by saying i consider my approach to the gym to be very “gym broish” . no science or research to it.
Start with like decline sit-ups if that makes sense, holding a weighted medicine ball above my head really focused on activating the core and not swing arms for momentum.
super set with either wrist curls with dumbbells/my gym has this rope wheel machine of sorts that you can add resistance to that i like to do single arm pulls with again if that makes sense. ik this activates more than forearm's but i like it anyway
next i do the weighted wrist roller and chest dips (need to start doing them weighted tbh)
then leg raise back against the half medicine ball thingy as well as bringing knees to chest on same little machine/equipment. superset with behind the back wrist curls with a barbell
finish with 4 sets of russian twists, toe taps, foot circles (dk actual name), planks, and ab roller.
need to add in farmers walk badly but my gym kinda too tiny for it. would make it awkward.

Off topic, are you the user from ktt1 the coolest?
