straps are good if your lifting heavy to like ohp chest etc
Honestly if your having issues with wrist strength doing overheads you got an issue with your wrist strength
Got headaches today possibly stemming from abstaining sugar, early stages of cutting is too difficult 😭

i just started a new program and for my next workout it has me doing 8 sets of box squats with only 2 reps per set. i've heard of training styles like this but i've never done it before. how much time should i wait between sets? 30 seconds? it has me doing a lower weight too, so i know 2 reps ain't gonna feel like much.

You gonna wait 30 seconds to do 2 reps?
I do 5 sets each set has 3 drop sets each drop set has at least 8-15 reps each rep takes at least 3 seconds and rest time between sets is 35 seconds.

well i don't need to wait 30 seconds but i'm assuming its implied to rest between sets because otherwise it would have been a smaller amount of sets with more reps in each set with a normal rest period in between sets.
this is saying to wait 2-3 minutes between sets for a 8x2 program, which seems needlessly long. that's why i'm looking for feedback from anyone itt that's done similar training

Isn't box squat just a squat without any weights? What 2 reps every 2 minutes gonna do? You get a better workout taking a s*** on them squat toilets with the sink hole
