Day 2: Pull (Bis)
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Rest/yoga
Day 5: Push (chest/tris)
Day 6: pull (back)
Day 7: Legs
For diet, i typically eat
Breakfast: 2 bowls of kashi wheats cereal
Lunch: 2 peanut butter/banana sandwiches on whole grain bread
Snack: protein bar/shake
Workout/post workout shake
Dinner: 2 chicken breasts, ~1.5lbs broccoli, 1 sweet potato
No snacks after or anything usually
