Just ran 3 miles and man my mind is so calm. So clear, I was feeling tense and sad but now im in a chill mood. I feel like I can accomplish anything really.

If you just tryna look fit and don't care about being hench/yoked then get some 20lb dumbbells and do push and pull exercises in the vertical and horizontal plane as well as pullups.
Like 3x8 pullups, 3x8 dumbbell overhead press. (thats ur vertical push and pull) Then 3x8 bent over rows, 3x8 pushups. (horizontal push and pull) Then some accessory work like curls and triceps extensions. When you can do these exercises 3x12 then go buy some 25lb dumbbells and so on and so forth.
If you wanna actually get in the gym that's cool, but it ain't for everyone and you don't need one to get fit.
