    -Squats (4x4-6)
    -Barbell RDL (4x4-6)

    • Lunges (8 each side heavy, drop 8 each side light SS x4)
    • Leg extension (go up two legs, come down 1 leg slow x4)
    • Lying Leg curls(3 second negative 8 reps, 12 reps fully slow)
      -Weighted calf raises on leg press machine

    Day 1: Push (shoulders typically)
    Day 2: Pull (Bis)
    Day 3: Legs
    Day 4: Rest/yoga
    Day 5: Push (chest/tris)
    Day 6: pull (back)
    Day 7: Legs

    For diet, i typically eat
    Breakfast: 2 bowls of kashi wheats cereal
    Lunch: 2 peanut butter/banana sandwiches on whole grain bread
    Snack: protein bar/shake
    Workout/post workout shake
    Dinner: 2 chicken breasts, ~1.5lbs broccoli, 1 sweet potato
    No snacks after or anything usually

    Thanks for taking the time to write this out bro. Im 22y/o, 6'0", 165lbs and have been stuck here forever (luckily I'm pretty lean). I eat about 3500 calories a day which should be enough to clean bulk.

    I'm thinking it may be that I need a new split/lifts so this could help.

    Anytime man. Iโ€™m always willing to write stuff up. But yeah that should be enough, you seeing any progress?
    I really benefit from switching between light and heavy on push and pull. Always heavy on legs tho.
    And i just highly prioritize it. If something comes up and i have to do a super late workout i still make it happen. If i have to wake up dumb early, i make it happen.
    You can do it bro, just make it habitual and put it on par with work and youโ€™ll benefit

    you look at the transformation laypeople make who take roids and compare their timeline against these changes that actors make and they're identical
    no amount of perfect diet and personal training can accomplish what many actors do to get in shape for roles
    talkin about puttin on 20lbs of lbm in like 4 months
    your body just cannot naturally synthesize that much muscle mass that quickly
    the mans isn't mad, you're being dismissive and judgy over something that instead of being kept a secret should be talked about in the open, and not looked down upon
    roids can do amazing things, to pretend otherwise is silly and dangerous and promotes a harmful body image to men and boys
